I am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation for the record keeping checking account Rec-Chek, which I have through Citizens Bank, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
We have been very pleased with how this program has simplified our life by providing us with a bookkeeping program that is as simple to use as writing a check. I had asked at the bank if this is something that they created, and I was told that Rec-Chek is a service provided through your company in Iowa. We just want to say thank you for providing such a simple, yet useful, tool for helping a business grow. We use Rec-Chek to manage both our business and personal finances.
We run 700 checks and deposits for two of our business accounts, and about 30 checks for a personal account. To keep records for all of these accounts, all we do is put a code on each check and deposit. It is brilliant and simple. We considered Quicken and Quick Books™ to accomplish this same output, but your system handles that technology for me, automatically, every time I write a check.
I have told other businesses and friends to forget other programs and to use Rec-Chek instead. It is inexpensive, easy, and gives you all the financial information you need. My only question is how do I buy your stock.

Our Bank has offered Rec-Chek since 1982. The only Rec-Chek customers to discontinue the service have either gone out of business or purchased their own in-house systems. That is to say, no one has left because they are dissatisfied with Rec-Chek. We have found that Rec-Chek has been a simplified, personalized method of recordkeeping. Many of our customers have customized their categories to coincide with their tax preparation worksheets. Offering the Rec-Chek service has also afforded the Bank the opportunity to be up to date on the customers’ situations. Rec-Chek reports provided necessary documentation for Bank customers who have government guaranteed loans. Our customers repeatedly report that they are so grateful that Rec-Chek keeps them up to date with their record keeping; that there is no rush to get things updated before deadlines.
